The sweetshops, humdrum and golgappas of Chandni Chowk, a historic market of Delhi, as shown in the film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham will form the subject matter of a new movie.
The most popular haven for gourmets in the Indian capital will now get the ultimate tribute - a film by the same name.
Produced by Subhash Ghai's Mukta Arts, the film Chandni Chowk will be directed by Suhail Tatari and will have Hrishitaa Bhatt as the leading lady.
The petite actress refuses to divulge any details.
‘I am not allowed to speak about the film at all. All will be revealed within six months,’ she informs.
